ART 1405 Ceramics I (4)
This course is an introduction to the ceramic process, including hand building, wheel throwing, and glazing. Satisfies Fine Arts General Education requirement. Offered every semester.

ART 2405 Ceramics II (Intermediate) (2)
This course includes advanced ceramic techniques including sculptural forms, preparation of glazes and kiln operation. Prerequisite: ART 1405 with a grade of C- or better. Satisfies the Fine Arts option for the B.A. degree. Offered every semester.

ART 3405 Ceramics III (Advanced) (2)
A continuation of ART 2405 with students expected to work towards a higher level of technical proficiency and the development of a more personal expression in clay. Prerequisite: ART 2405 with a grade of C- or better. Satisfies the Fine Arts option for the B.A. degree. Offered every semester.
